Since 2008, Pinky Swear Productions has been delighting, rocking out with, and entertaining audiences with new plays, cabarets, and strong women on and off stage. Thank you for taking this wild ride with us thus far, and please consider helping us go full speed ahead into our 10 th season!
Pinky Swear is a feminist theatre company that celebrates the diversity of women’s experiences by telling inclusive and subversive stories, and in 2018 we’re producing two world-premiere plays by local DC playwrights and members of our company. First up in April is Use All Available Doors by Brittany Alyse Willis, which, thanks to a generous grant from CulturalDC’s Space4 Arts program, will be produced on real train tracks in the Dupont Underground! Then, in the fall, we’ll be presenting BLIGHT by John Bavoso—a reading of which DC Theatre Scene named a “gem” of the 2017 Page-to- Stage Festival at the Kennedy Center. We’re excited to bring this local art to life, but WE NEED YOUR HELP!
